Thank you for visiting my portfolio. I graduated from Kansas State University in August of 2016 with my Bachelor's of Science in Apparel and Textiles, with an emphasis in design and production. I have a passion for all things product development and I love learning about different areas of the industry.

       -Keep branch vault in balance, including paper trail for all vault changes 

       -Know all parts of opening and closing duties, and lead team through both processes.

       -Worked on management team to keep sales floor beautiful and customer relationships fun and helpful as well as set those standards for store team.

       -Responsible for opening and closing store and balancing registers - key holder.

       -Operated Barudan single-head 15-needle embroidery machine and TES embroidery software after receiving individual training.

       -Sewed product samples and assisted with developing home sewing patterns.

       -Edited digital files for monthly magazine consisting of vintage magazine articles with Photoshop.

       -Altered and produced garments.

       -Assisted with client consultations and fitting. 

       -Collaborated on the design process of garments.

       -Sourced textiles, beads, laces and trims.

     Resident Assistant (RA)/ Kansas State University  [August 2013 - May 2016]

       -Provided support, encouragement, and leadership to ~70 residents each school year.

       -Responsible for on-duty crisis management coverage in a hall of 300 students.

       -Fulfilled administrative tasks such as duty rounds and logs, door decorations and bulletin boards.

     Seamstress/ The Buckle  [April 2014 - January 2015]

       -Mended and alter apparel for customers.

       -Mended store stock pieces.

       -Hemmed jeans, skirts, and dresses using reattached hem method as well as traditional hem method.
